Shipping

Shipping is charged per order at our print partner's rate for the items you buy, shown on every product page and again in your cart before you pay. Orders arrive in 5–10 days. Every item is printed for you after you order, so there is a 2–5 business day production step before it ships.

Returns

Free returns within 14 days

Joe's Fitness Place accepts returns for any reason — the wrong size, or you just don’t love it — within 14 days of delivery, and refunds you in full, including your share of shipping. There is nothing to send back and nothing to pay: start a return from your order page and Joe's Fitness Place will review it, usually within a few days.

Printing problems are always on us

If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or two. We will have it reprinted or refund you in full — whatever the shop’s returns policy, and at no cost to you.

How to start

Open the link in your order confirmation email and choose “Report a problem or start a return”. You can pick which items, tell us what happened, and add photos — and you will hear back by email.
